L3 Network & Security

As an L3/ SME Network Security O&M specialist, you will be providing subject matter expertise for the 24x7 operational support of network security components such as firewalls and load balancers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the highest standards of Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Operational Level Agreement (OLA) and Turn-Around Time (TAT) as agreed upon. Additionally, you will be assisting in the automation of mundane tasks for the network security operations team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, deploy, configure, manage & troubleshoot firewalls and load balancers - Work closely with business/application support teams to deploy required architecture on firewall/load balancers - Recover services from outages and ensure timely performance management activities - Provide advanced support to ensure SLA/OLA/TAT parameters are met - Drive automation for the network security team - Coordinate repairs, replacements, patches, or upgrades with third party vendors/OEMs - Troubleshoot connectivity failures impacting services like Monitoring, Backup, etc. - Prepare RCA reports and suggest mitigation strategies - Develop and maintain network topology documentation, configurations, and operational procedures - Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues **Qualification Required:** - B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/ Computers/ IT/ Electronics & Telecommunication or other relevant streams - 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure projects & operations, preferably in Data Centers, Large IT Setup, Mission Critical IT Infrastructure in Telecom/Banking, etc. As an ideal candidate, you should have exposure to F5/Citrix NetScaler load balancers, Cisco/Palo Alto/Checkpoint firewalls, Network Routers, Switches, Nexus, ACI, and technical OEM certifications for Network & Security products. Your problem-solving skills, strong conceptual and analytical abilities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills will be crucial for this role. Additionally, experience in a multi-vendor environment and familiarity with Enterprise Service Management tools would be advantageous.
