L1 Network Engineer (German Speaking)

As a skilled and motivated L1 Network Engineer with German language proficiency, you will be joining our Network Operations Center (NOC) team at the Tata Communications office in Pune. Your primary responsibility will be to provide Level 1 network support and ensure smooth network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 support in a NOC environment
• Monitor network alerts, events, and performance using monitoring tools
• Perform initial troubleshooting and resolve basic network issues
• Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams as required
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents
• Use Jira for ticketing, tracking, and issue management
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational procedures

Qualifications Required:

• German language proficiency (minimum B1 level or above preferred)
• Basic understanding and knowledge exposure to networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching)
