As a Key Account Manager, your role involves various responsibilities to ensure the successful management of key accounts and the growth of business relationships. Your key responsibilities include:
- Generating B2B leads to identify potential clients.
- Coordinating meetings and product demos for prospective clients.
- Closing deals with clients to secure business opportunities.
- Supervising ground force teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sales.
- Collaborating with formulation and tech teams to provide market feedback for product improvement and manage demand and supply.
- Addressing customer queries and resolving issues effectively.
- Onboarding new distributors and managing existing ones to expand business reach.
- Managing all legal paperwork related to sales and subscriptions.
- Collecting payments from clients and distributors.
It is important for you to adhere to company policies such as the Inner Regulations and Information Security Protocol (ISP), as well as departmental or work center area policies. Your compliance with these policies is essential for the smooth functioning of the business.
