Role Overview:
You are a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager Sales responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts in the Pune region. Your role will involve direct engagement with key contractors and project stakeholders to drive project-based sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop assigned key focus accounts in Pune.
- Drive project-based sales in segments such as Interior Fit-outs (IF), MEP Contractors, Faade Companies, Construction & Infrastructure Firms.
- Identify upcoming projects and generate demand at site and procurement levels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers (Project Managers, Purchase Heads, Site Engineers).
- Ensure timely collections and account reconciliation.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Qualification Required:
- Experience: 57 years in field sales.
- Preference for candidates from the Power tool industry, Construction equipment, Industrial tools / Building materials.
- Strong understanding of project sales and contractor engagement.
- Self-driven, aggressive in business development, and relationship-focused.
- Engineering background preferred (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil).
