You will be part of a dynamic team at Daice Labs, a company founded by MIT CSAIL scientists, dedicated to developing hybrid AI systems that are auditable, governable, and adaptive by design. Through integrating advanced models into frameworks, you will contribute to systems that improve over time, generalize effectively, and explain decisions clearly. Daice Labs values collaborative, long-term innovation and provides a platform that supports shared context, co-ownership, and governed outcomes. As a Junior AI/ML Scientist in this full-time remote role, your responsibilities will include conducting research, implementing and optimizing machine learning models, and contributing to innovative AI systems. You will work on pattern recognition tasks, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design adaptive and explainable solutions. Furthermore, you will evaluate model performance and contribute to the development of long-term strategies for AI system improvement.

- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is advantageous
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in remote, collaborative environments
- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred Job Description
