JEE Advanced Faculty / NEET Biology Faculty

As a faculty member hired by Vectorr AI for JEE Advanced and NEET (Biology) educational initiatives, your role will involve collaborating with AI research and product teams to enhance AI-powered learning systems. Your responsibilities will include contributing domain expertise, supporting AI model training and evaluation, reviewing academic content, and working within notebook-based LLM environments. You are expected to utilize AI tools, work with Python, maintain academic standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve educational systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Contribute domain expertise in JEE Advanced or NEET (Biology)
• Support AI model training, evaluation, and refinement workflows
• Review and validate academic content for accuracy and rigor
• Work within notebook-based LLM environments for testing and experimentation
• Utilize AI tools to enhance teaching methodologies and workflows
• Work comfortably in Google Colab and similar notebook-based platforms
• Apply working knowledge of Python for instructional and AI-related tasks
• Maintain high standards of academic depth and conceptual clarity
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI-driven educational systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional AI, product, and research teams

**Qualifications:**

• Minimum 8+ years of active teaching experience for JEE Advanced or NEET (Biology)
• Currently working as a teacher or serving a notice period
• Strong subject-matter expertise with proven academic results
• Working knowledge of Python (Mandatory)
• Comfortable working with Google Colab and notebook-based LLM environments (Mandatory)
• Ability to dedicate 4 hours per day
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup

**Preferred Skills:**

• Experience with reputed national coaching brands such as: FIITJEE, ALLEN Career Institute, Aakash Institute, Bansal Classes, Resonance, Narayana Group, Unacademy, PhysicsWallah, Vedantu.
• Alumni from prestigious institutions.
• Experience using AI tools in teaching
