iTero Field Service Support, Mumbai (1 Year Contract)

You will play a crucial role in the Operations Department with Align Technology in Mumbai, India. As a part of a global medical device company, you will contribute to the success of innovative products such as Invisalign clear aligners and iTero Intraoral scanners, which are transforming the dental industry. **Role Overview:** In this position, you will be expected to: - Potentially transition to the clinical or sales division based on your performance. - Adhere to work timings from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm with a 6-day work schedule. - Carry around necessary instruments weighing 10 kgs. **Key Responsibilities:** Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with assigned accounts and team members. - Providing regular reports to the Manager, including customer feedback on a daily basis. - Working closely with the sales team to enhance performance in India. - Acquiring and sharing in-depth knowledge of the company's product, iTero. - Conducting training sessions on product knowledge, selling skills, and territory management. - Building strong relationships with customers to increase product usage and market share. - Keeping abreast of competitors' activities and providing market intelligence updates to the Marketing Manager. - Maintaining records of quality updates and customer feedback for the Indian market. **Qualifications Required:** **Technical Qualifications:** - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Clear communication of technical matters to non-technical users. - Proficiency in troubleshooting MS Windows Operating Systems. **Non-Technical Qualifications:** - Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. - Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Dynamic, optimistic, and results-oriented mindset. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. - Comfortable in a growing international company and adaptable to changing circumstances. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team. **Education and Experience:** - Bachelor of Dental Surgery is mandatory for this role. **Additional Details:** You will need to read and interpret documents in English, communicate effectively both internally and externally, and adhere to the company's Applicant Privacy Policy.
