As an IT Support Engineer in Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of internal IT support and delivery of high-quality solutions. With over 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for various aspects of IT infrastructure, from end user computing devices to networking and security. **Role Overview:** You will be required to provide maintenance and Level-2 support for laptops and desktops, resolving hardware and OS-related issues efficiently. Additionally, you will perform server maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain high availability and performance. Managing and troubleshooting networking devices such as firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and CCTV/RTC systems will also be part of your responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support laptops and desktops, including hardware and OS-related issue resolution - Perform server maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting - Manage and troubleshoot networking devices such as firewalls, switches, access points, and CCTV/RTC systems - Implement network concepts like VLANs, virtual IPs, interfaces, and SD-WAN - Assist in planning, deployment, and upgradation of new IT infrastructure - Maintain accurate IT asset records and ensure adherence to IT security policies - Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps **Qualifications Required:** - 4-6 years of experience supporting Enterprise IT landscape - Strong knowledge of Windows OS and end-user device troubleshooting - Hands-on experience in server maintenance and basic administration - Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, virtual IPs, and firewalls - Experience with switches, access points, firewall devices, and CCTV systems - Ability to handle infrastructure deployment and upgrades with minimal supervision - Knowledge of IT asset management processes and tools - Certification in Networking (CCNA or equivalent) is an added advantage - Experience in hospital/enterprise/multi-location IT environments - Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM processes Please note that exposure to managing medical devices like Illumina, Pacbio, among others, is considered desirable for this role.
