IT and Project Manager

As a PMO at our company in Mumbai, you will be responsible for the following: - Professional knowledge of project management methods and tools, with a broad business understanding to manage IT interactions with various business verticals. - Hands-on experience in technology areas such as Infrastructure and Application Operations, specifically in domains like Financial services and Capital markets. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling relevant IT tools, processes, and platforms, including Incident, Problem, and Capacity management functions. - Proficiency in Vendor Contract management, budgeting, dev-ops, and agile methodologies. - Good understanding of technology stack components like Java, C apps, On-prem infrastructure, Load balancer, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling. - Skills in technical writing, creating documents for Knowledge Repository, and ensuring compliance with Regulatory guidelines. - Experience in activity tracking, Data Analytics, Dashboard/Presentation creation, and MIS reporting. - Sound practical knowledge of software engineering and delivery product practices. - Familiarity with tools like Service Now, Control-M, JIRA, Confluence, Excel dashboard using Power BI, MS Office, Qlik, and MS SharePoint. - Professional project management certification such as PMP, and ITIL v3.0 (foundations).
