**Responsibilities:**
- Gain satisfaction by adding value and contributing to team initiatives
- Propose, design, and implement software solutions to enhance services and enable new business functions
- Participate in architecture and design discussions, design reviews, and hands-on development
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to develop data feeds and support applications
- Analyze business workflows and convert requirements into technical specifications
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1 year of application development engineering experience
- Proficiency in Java programming and software development
- Strong understanding of software architecture and experience with building transactional systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Front-end web-stack development experience
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with REST-based Web services and Microservice architecture
- Familiarity with React, Angular, Spring, Hibernate, Rabbit MQ, Hazelcast, Gitlab, and Kubernetes
- Basic PL-SQL knowledge for data analysis and querying
- Previous experience in financial institutions and Test Driven Development
- Conceptual understanding of Asynchronous-Event-based processing and Agile methodology
