Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary role will be to drive sales within the EV showroom by interacting with walk-in customers, generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting promotional activities like test drives at public gatherings and tent events to generate hot leads. Regular reporting on lead status, closures, and follow-ups to the manager will also be a key aspect of your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in customer interactions at the EV showroom to provide a professional sales experience.
- Generate new leads through various channels such as showroom visits, inbound queries, outbound follow-ups, and public test drive events/tent activities.
- Present product features, conduct test rides, and explain pricing and finance options to potential customers.
- Drive deal closures and work towards achieving monthly sales targets effectively.
- Provide daily reports to the manager regarding hot leads, closures, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and keep CRM/reporting systems updated to ensure smooth operations.
- Support showroom promotions and local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and brand visibility.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business opportunities.
Qualifications Required
- 0-2 years of experience in handling Automobile showroom sales.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into successful closures.
- Previous experience in field promotions, test drive events, or tent activities is advantageous.
- Strong skills in customer engagement and negotiation are essential for this role.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets consistently.
- Proficient in follow-ups and adept at reporting to management effectively.
- Knowledge of the local market and fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages are preferred for this position. Role Overview
