Job Description
As an Inside Sales Associate at Dihuni, you will play a crucial role in handling day-to-day quoting, ordering, reporting, and other order and supply management tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with customers through video, phone, and email, hence requiring very strong English language proficiency. Additionally, you will be expected to develop leads from platforms like LinkedIn, collaborate with suppliers for pricing and inventory checks, and ensure timely order processing and customer updates. Your role will also involve entering pricing information into e-commerce systems, managing accounts receivables and payables, and tracking product sales. Furthermore, you will be required to have a good understanding of computer hardware, particularly server hardware.
Qualifications:
- Strong English speaking and writing skills to effectively communicate with US and global customers.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Call center experience would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in generating leads from LinkedIn and other sources.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks Online Accounting Software is a plus.
- Expertise in Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable functions.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Capability to work independently and remotely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in office administration would be beneficial.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Commerce, Arts, Business Administration, or related field.
