Information and Cyber Security Lead

As an Information Security Lead at Unilever, your role is crucial in securing the business in Greater Asia, encompassing countries like the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, and Japan. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting cyber risk assessments across the region, including for third parties, and representing central security services to regional businesses. - Applying security services to identify gaps in the regional security posture and consulting on risk mitigation approaches. - Managing regional security exceptions and leading cyber incident response in the region. - Elevating and reporting into the central Cyber Security function with a 'Risk Based' approach. You will be responsible for achieving and maintaining Cyber Security objectives, standards, awareness, and compliance in the Greater Asia region. Reporting to the regional Business Information Security Officer (BISO), your key responsibilities will include: - Providing cyber security solution engineering and risk advisory across Unilever businesses. - Ensuring deployment and operation of security tools in Greater Asia in collaboration with the Tech & Ops team. - Developing risk reports and tailoring cyber training and awareness in alignment with the Cyber Training and Awareness Lead. - Leading cyber cultural transformation and closing security exceptions in businesses while reporting status to the Governance, Risk, Assurance and Compliance (GRAC) team. Additionally, your role involves partnering with BISOs for Supply Chain and R&D, testing business continuity planning and disaster recovery, and supporting cyber security for regulatory and statutory requirements in the local market. You should possess strong communication and influencing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to understand various aspects of business operations, digital transformation, and Cybersecurity. Your role supports the Global CISO in building relationships with internal leaders, senior executives, and the senior Cyber Security leadership team to enable cyber security as a business enabler. Key Skills and Relevant Experience: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical personnel. - Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills at both technical and non-technical levels. - Programme and Project Management skills.
