Job Description
As an Incentive Compensation Reporting Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining programs, policies, and procedures related to reporting employee objectives and outcomes in incentive compensation and bonus programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting compensation program analysis, creation, maintenance, and administration
- Supporting back-office services for IC implementation, including gathering requirements, documenting specifications, and coordinating administrative activities
- Providing insights and performing quality control functions on all IC deliverables
- Developing and maintaining project documentation
- Independently processing information and data to create reports on incentive plan performance and efficiencies
- Collaborating with IC Management and team members to establish, monitor, and review performance
In order to excel in this role, you must meet the following essential requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, finance/accounting, or a business-related field
- 5 years' professional-level work experience in incentive compensation, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Previous experience in IC reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, including VBA, complex formulas, pivot tables, and power pivot reports
Desired qualifications include:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to develop professionally formatted summary materials
- Understanding of how compensation issues may impact other company departments
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y, with actual salary varying based on qualifications and skills.
