Job Description
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and office administration for the India subsidiary of the company located in Vizag, south of India, after 1 year. This role will involve recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities
- Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records
- Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, leave tracking, and salary disbursement
- Ensure compliance with EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Indian labor laws
- Handle statutory filings and maintain compliance documentation
- Support employee induction and training coordination
- Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility support
- Prepare HR reports and support management as required
Qualifications Required
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR operations experience
- Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and payroll compliance
- Experience handling EPF, ESIC, and statutory filings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a growing organization
Preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or technology company
