Job Description
As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day HR operations for teaching and non-teaching staff at a reputable CBSE Senior Secondary School in West Delhi. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with the Delhi School Education Act & Rules (DSEA/DSER), workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR policies align with DSEA/DSER and maintain necessary documentation.
- Conduct workforce planning and maintain a talent pipeline for substitute teachers and contract positions.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and leave governance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for teaching, non-teaching, and contract roles.
- Manage performance reviews, ACR records, and staff training programs.
- Handle employee relations, HR communications, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Utilize HR systems, ERP, and reporting tools for efficient workflow management.
Qualification Required:
- Graduate required; MA, MBA/PGDM in HR or PG Diploma in HR preferred.
- 510+ years HR/Administration experience with 3+ years in a CBSE Senior Secondary school.
- Hands-on experience with DSEA/DSER compliance, documentation, and inspection readiness.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI/automation tools.
