Job Description
- Sourcing Candidates through job portals, social media, referrals.
- Screening & Interviewing Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule interviews.
- Client/Department Coordination Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs.
- Offer & Placement Process Manage salary negotiation, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Database & Reporting Maintain candidate records, track recruitment progress, and prepare hiring reports.
- Arrears / Backlogs accepted.
Working days : 6 days a week
Off Timing : 9.30am to 6.30pm
