Job Description
As an HRcumAdmin (Recruitment + Operations) at our company located in Gurgaon sector 41, you will have the following key responsibilities:
- **Core HR Operations**
- Manage and monitor leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Oversee attendance tracking, addressing discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy.
- Share attendance and leave reports with management on a monthly basis.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies in alignment with company objectives.
- **Employee Engagement**
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace morale.
- Organize corporate events.
- **Employee Retention**
- Monitor and improve employee retention rates through proactive engagement strategies.
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to analyze employee satisfaction and implement improvements.
- Develop and execute employee retention programs to reduce attrition.
- **Administration & Ticket Management**
- Manage travel and ticket bookings for management and employees as required.
- Ensure smooth execution of administrative functions, including office maintenance and supplies.
- **Assets Management**
- Ensure proper allocation of IT and office assets.
- Conduct periodic audits of company assets to prevent loss or misuse.
- **Vendor & Recruitment Management**
- Identify and onboard recruitment vendors to ensure a streamlined hiring process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and recruitment partners.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships related to HR services, including background verification and employee benefits.
- **HR Budgeting & Event Planning**
- Plan and allocate budgets for employee celebrations, including birthdays, work anniversaries, and festive events.
- Ensure cost-effective execution of HR activities while maintaining quality and engagement.
- **Grievance Handling & Compliance**
- Address employee grievances in a timely and fair manner, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Implement grievance redressal mechanisms and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- **HRMS Portal Management**
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in the HRMS portal for employee data, attendance, leave, and payroll.
- Train employees on HRMS usage and resolve any system-related issues.
