Job Description

As an HR & Accounts Coordinator at Iztri in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in managing both human resources and accounting functions to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include: Role Overview: You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding blue-collar workers in alignment with business requirements. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handle payroll processing, and maintain accurate employee records. Building a pipeline of workers for future deployment and addressing employee grievances will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Source, recruit, and onboard blue-collar workers - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies - Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records - Build a pipeline of workers for future deployment - Act as the chief welfare officer, addressing employee grievances In the accounts domain, you will be required to: - Reconcile daily payments and maintain financial records - Share receivables data with hub managers and coordinate customer payments - Monitor outgoing payments, maintain invoice records, and ensure timely payments - Work closely with the CA team for month-end reconciliations and financial reporting Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in HR, accounts, or a similar support function - Experience in handling blue-collar recruitment and payroll is a plus - Strong financial acumen with knowledge of payment reconciliations and invoicing - Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is preferred - Excellent organizational and communication skills Additionally, no further details about the company were provided in the job description.
