Job Description

As a Senior HR Manager in a hospital setting, your role will involve leading and managing all human resource functions to ensure smooth operations in line with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, paramedical, and administrative employees.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for all hospital departments.
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, and shift scheduling support.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, and labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions effectively.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and hospital HR procedures.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training & development programs for hospital staff.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and HR MIS reports accurately.
  • Support hospital management with HR strategy and manpower planning.
  • Ensure proper handling of contract staff and vendor management.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture to ensure high employee satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA / PG in HR Management or related field.
  • Minimum 815 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospital/healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and hospital HR practices.
  • Experience in handling a large workforce, including shift-based employees.
  • Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Excel.
