As a Hospital Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager in the hospital disinfectant business industry, your role will involve key account handling and overseeing sales operations in a specific region. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a consistent supply of infection control products, medical devices, and surgical products. It is crucial for you to play a critical role in promoting sales and achieving targets, along with establishing the presence of products in major corporate hospitals, both big and small.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle key accounts effectively
- Manage sales operations in the assigned region
- Ensure a consistent supply of infection control products, medical devices, and surgical products
- Promote sales and achieve targets
- Establish product presence in major corporate hospitals
Qualifications Required:
- Graduate degree
- Preferably at least 5 years of experience, especially in critical care or disinfectant area
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to understand and comprehend information effectively
- Experience in dealing with multiple customers
- Basic business acumen
- Proficient in presentation skills
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Meeting with Nurses, OT Staff, and Purchase departments to ensure product availability in hospitals
- Conducting demonstrations in hospitals to showcase product usage and providing training to staff
- Achieving the planned budget for the assigned area
- Coordinating with the Head Office to organize and conduct Scientific programs
The job locations for this position include Bangalore, Gujarat, Pune, Hyderabad, and more.
