Healthcare Recruiter

As a Healthcare Recruiter at our company, your role will involve sourcing, screening, and coordinating with medical professionals for leading hospitals and healthcare institutions across India. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals such as Doctors, Nurses, and Medical college staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals across India
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, references, and social media platforms
• Conducting initial screening and interviews
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and hospital HR teams
• Follow-ups for offers, negotiations, and joinings
• Maintaining and updating candidate databases
• Achieving monthly offer and joining targets

As a candidate for this role, we require you to have the following qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred but not mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
