Head UI/UX Designer

As the All India Head - Design reporting to the Joint President, your role will involve creating functional and appealing features on Mobile and Web applications to enhance customer experience and user-friendliness, thereby contributing to the growth of the customer base and business revenues. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and evaluate user requirements, design elements, and build navigation components in collaboration with the Product Team - Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps - Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets - Conceptualise and build page navigation buttons and search fields - Develop UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate the application's functionality and appearance - Prepare and present innovative ideas to internal teams and key stakeholders - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems - Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback - Conceptualise, develop, and implement style standards for fonts, colours, and images Qualifications & Experience: - Graduation in Design with a specialisation in Application Design, Strategic Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Information Design, or Customer experience (excluding Fashion Design and Graphic Design) - 10+ years of relevant work experience - Proven track record in conceptualising and developing successful, high-quality Mobile and Web applications Required Skills and Competencies: - Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer - Portfolio of design projects - Knowledge of wireframe tools like Wireframe and InVision - Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop - Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders - Good time-management skills As the All India Head - Design reporting to the Joint President, your role will involve creating functional and appealing features on Mobile and Web applications to enhance customer experience and user-friendliness, thereby contributing to the growth of the customer base and business revenues.
