Job Description

As the Head of Corporate Sales at Rian, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the corporate segment, specifically focusing on document translation and corporate video dubbing solutions. Your role will involve leveraging your extensive experience in enterprise solution sales to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in marketing, communications, HR, L&D, and transformation departments. Your primary objective will be to drive predictable revenue growth by effectively positioning Rian's hybrid AI and human-powered language solutions to meet the diverse needs of corporate clients. **Role Overview:** - Drive revenue growth in the corporate segment - Focus on document translation and corporate video dubbing solutions - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in marketing, communications, HR, L&D, and transformation departments - Position Rian's hybrid AI and human-powered language solutions to meet corporate clients' needs **Key Responsibilities:** - Own complete revenue responsibility for Rian's corporate business - Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities - Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - 1215 years of experience in enterprise solution sales - Experience selling to marketing, communications, HR, L&D, or transformation stakeholders - MBA in Marketing or equivalent preferred - Prior experience in Language Service Providers (LSPs) or localization businesses is a strong advantage - Strong enterprise network and consultative selling capability - Hands-on, execution-driven, comfortable with frequent travel Please note that this is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune/Mumbai.
