Head of Finance / CMA

You will be responsible for leading the financial planning and forecasting activities at Urmilla Enterprises Pvt Ltd. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strategic Planning & Forecasting - Leading long-term financial planning and scenario modelling. - Developing and managing annual budgets and rolling forecasts. - Performance Analysis - Analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. - Owning variance analysis and reporting across revenue, costs, and profitability. - Executive Reporting - Preparing board-level presentations and dashboards. - Business Partnering - Collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with operational strategies. - Supporting commercial teams with pricing, margin analysis, and investment decisions. - Team Leadership - Building and mentoring a high-performing FP&A team. - Fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement. - Systems & Process Optimization - Driving automation and efficiency in reporting processes. Qualifications Required: - Education: CA or ICWA - Experience: 7 - 10 years in FP&A or corporate finance with Listed Company Experience - Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel, financial modelling, and tools like SAP - Soft Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management - Ability to handle PE investors is an advantage Reporting Structure: - Reports to: CFO or Director of Finance Additional Details: Urmilla Enterprises Pvt Ltd prefers candidates with experience in high-growth or multinational environments and a proven ability to influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
