You will be responsible for developing and executing the data strategy, leading a team of data professionals, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your strong background in data engineering, AI/ML, and proven ability to lead and mentor teams will be essential for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute the data strategy in alignment with company and business goals. - Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, data scientists, and analysts. - Design and implement scalable data pipelines to collect, process, and store data from various sources. - Oversee the development of data architecture and infrastructure to support analytics and data science initiatives. - Implement AI/ML/Gen-AI on top of the data platform. - Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization. - Create a culture of data-driven decision-making and collaborate with senior leadership. - Develop and maintain data models and reporting systems that are open to business users. **Qualifications / Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization). - 12-17 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science, with a focus on product companies. - Proven experience in a leadership role, driving Data Strategy and key Programs/Products. - Strong background in designing and implementing data pipelines and architectures. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, or Spark. - Experience with big data technologies, cloud platforms, and AI/ML/Gen-AI platforms.
