As a Graphic & UI/UX Designer cum Trainer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing designs and delivering engaging training sessions to students. Your responsibilities will include practical design work, mentoring learners in graphic design and UI/UX concepts, and simplifying design tools and techniques for beginners. Your passion for teaching combined with hands-on design skills will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for social media, branding, and marketing materials
• Create UI/UX layouts, wireframes, and prototypes for digital platforms
• Conduct training sessions on graphic design and UI/UX tools
• Guide students with hands-on projects and assignments
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools
• Monitor students' performance in projects and assignments
• Possess excellent communication skills and training abilities

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing design work
• Familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel draw, Figma/Fig jam
• Knowledge of video editing applications is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of User Experience principles, User Interface design, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
