Job Description
As a Graphic Designer specializing in Training & Marketing Collaterals, your role will involve enhancing the design quality of training materials and supporting brand-aligned marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the content team, business development teams, facilitators, and clients to ensure the timely and impactful delivery of design assets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Training Material Design**
- Transform provided content into visually engaging PPT decks, participant workbooks, handouts, and other learning aids.
- Improve the look, layout, and readability of training material while maintaining brand consistency.
- Utilize tools like MS PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or other modern alternatives based on facilitator preferences.
- **Marketing & Internal Collaterals**
- Create visually aligned mailers, flyers, posters, and internal communication material for learning programs, summits, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to develop on-brand assets for outreach.
- **Review & Delivery**
- Proofread training material to ensure consistency in layout, formatting, and visual clarity; highlight basic grammar/spelling issues if necessary.
- Coordinate with content teams to collect design requirements and deliver materials within agreed timelines.
- Manage the emailing of workshop collaterals to clients and ensure pre-workshop readiness.
- **Reporting & Coordination**
- Maintain a daily tracker on the status of workshop materials and provide updates to internal teams.
- Communicate with clients via email or phone to confirm file delivery.
**Qualifications:**
- 25 years of graphic design experience, preferably in L&D designing for instructor-led or virtual training formats.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
- Strong eye for clean design, layout alignment, visual hierarchy, and color balance.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
- Strong proofreading ability with meticulous attention to detail.
