Job Description
As a Graphic Designer Marketing & Brand Communications, your role will involve supporting marketing initiatives across various digital platforms, brand communication, sales enablement, and corporate documentation. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, product marketing, and business teams to ensure visual designs align with brand and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing creative assets for digital platforms like LinkedIn and other professional channels
- Creating campaign visuals for product launches, webinars, events, and announcements
- Ensuring visual consistency across different formats, platforms, and campaigns
- Designing and maintaining marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, one-pagers, posters, whitepapers, case studies, reports, and infographics
- Maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines and visual standards
- Developing reusable design templates for marketing efficiency
- Designing high-quality PowerPoint presentations for sales and client pitches, product and capability decks, and leadership and internal communication
- Providing support documentation for proposals, internal communication, and presentations
- Creating rough visual concepts, layouts, and creative directions for website and product-related pages
- Translating marketing requirements into visual inputs that can be refined by specialized design teams
- Ensuring brand consistency across website and digital touchpoints
- Designing creatives for marketing campaigns, digital promotions, events, conferences, meetups, and sponsorships
- Supporting offline marketing needs such as banners, standees, and print collaterals
- Working closely with marketing, content, product marketing, and sales teams
- Managing multiple design requests and delivering high-quality outputs within timelines
- Incorporating feedback effectively and iterating designs as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, brand-led design principles, and marketing-focused design principles
- Experience in designing marketing and communication assets, preferably in B2B or technology domains
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of Figma for collaboration and visual concepts
- Familiarity with Canva for quick-turn marketing templates
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, campaigns, and content workflows
