Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a blend of conceptual and practical learning experiences that adhere to current design industry standards, preparing our students for successful professional careers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver classroom and practical training in Graphic Design and Visual Communication. - Teach design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, layout, and composition. - Guide students in branding, print media, and digital content creation. - Assist students in developing marketing creatives, social media designs, and visual identity projects. - Provide hands-on project guidance and support for portfolio development. - Conduct assessments, assignments, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with emerging design trends and industry practices. **Core Design Competencies:** - Strong understanding of Design Principles including Typography, Color Theory, Layout & Composition. - Proficiency in Branding and Visual Identity Design. - Experience in Print and Digital Media Design. - Expertise in Social Media Creatives and Marketing Collateral Development. - Creative Concept Development and Visualization skills. **Software & Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Animate CC. - Familiarity with UI/UX & Digital Tools such as Figma and Adobe XD for UI Design. - Basic understanding of Web and App Design Principles and Responsive Design concepts. **Eligibility Criteria:** - Bachelors or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field. - Minimum of 24 years of industry or teaching experience in Graphic Design. - Solid portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work. - Ability to effectively teach theoretical concepts and practical applications. **Required Skills:** - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Strong mentoring and student engagement skills. - Awareness of current industry trends and design workflows. - Creative thinking with meticulous attention to detail. *What We Offer:* - Competitive salary of up to 30,000 per month. - Supportive team culture and continuous learning opportunities.
