Job Description

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as a Go-To-Market Insights Specialist in building the Go-To-Market (GTM) capability across APAC. Your primary responsibility will be to accelerate top-of-funnel growth by combining internal client data with external research. This will involve identifying target account universes, quantifying opportunities, and creating narratives that drive action. Collaboration with Sales Operations leaders will be key to activating repeatable growth plays and aligning stakeholders through effective decks. Key Responsibilities: - Develop GTM plans and plays to enhance pipeline and engagement throughout APAC. - Drive top-of-funnel development by merging internal client data with external research such as industry trends and company intelligence to pinpoint and assess target account universes. - Utilize research tools to map decision makers and tailor outreach strategies that contribute to the pipeline. - Craft impactful PowerPoint presentations, briefs, and materials that resonate with executives. - Collaborate with Sales Operations to establish pragmatic GTM workflows and evaluate successful strategies. - Conduct reviews post-initiative to extract insights and refine plays and procedures for future improvements. - Employ AI tools for research, analysis, and content creation to enhance GTM workflows and experiment with innovative methods for optimization. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in Go-To-Market strategies, preferably in a similar role within the APAC region. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and materials using PowerPoint. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales Operations. - Familiarity with research and prospecting tools for mapping decision makers and shaping outreach strategies. - Experience in post-initiative reviews and utilizing learnings for process enhancements. - Comfortable with utilizing AI tools for research, analysis, and content creation to streamline workflows.
