As a seasoned Global Payroll leader at Multiplier, you will play a crucial role in the international payroll operations, ensuring seamless payroll execution across multiple countries. Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-End Global Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing for internal employees in 150+ countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
- Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Stay updated on global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external vendors, HR, Finance, and leadership teams to optimize payroll workflows and address operational challenges.
- Payroll Controls & Audit Readiness: Implement pre-payroll validation checks and controls for transparency and audit readiness.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes through automation, reducing manual tasks and enhancing efficiency.
- Payroll Dashboard & Reporting: Develop insightful dashboards and analytics for visibility into payroll trends, compliance metrics, and cost optimization strategies.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous learning and process excellence.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- 12+ years of experience in Global Payroll and HR Operations, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
- Expertise in international payroll compliance, particularly in APAC/ AMERICAS regions, including tax laws, statutory requirements, and social security regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure 100% accuracy in payroll processing.
- Experience in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and driving payroll efficiency at scale.
- Proficiency in payroll technology, ERP systems, and automation tools to enhance payroll operations.
- Effective leadership, team management skills, and a proven track record of building high-performing payroll teams.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities to translate complex payroll data into meaningful business insights.
