Fullstack.net Developer (react Js)

Role Overview: Flex is looking to add a Fullstack Net Developer - IT located in Chennai, who will design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, C#, and React.js. The ideal candidate should be proactive, collaborative, and passionate about building modern, scalable, and high-performing applications. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the role involves working with containers, integrating and monitoring application logs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and following Agile Scrum methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, C#, and React.js - Implement RESTful APIs, handle API integrations, and ensure seamless front-end and back-end communication - Manage source control using Git, maintain branching strategies, and participate in code reviews - Work with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) to build, deploy, and manage scalable applications - Integrate and monitor application logs and performance using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, business analysts) to deliver high-quality solutions - Follow Agile Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices - Proactively identify areas of improvement in performance, scalability, and reliability - Maintain a positive team-oriented attitude and mentor junior developers when required Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience - 4-10 years of experience in Information Technology or related field - Backend: Strong in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, LINQ, Entity Framework Core - Frontend: Hands-on with React.js, Redux, Context API, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind - DevOps Tools: Proficient with Git, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps.
