Role Overview: As a Technology Solutions Implementor at Standard Chartered in Chennai, you will be responsible for delivering solutions using industry standard practices and documentation such as TSD & other design specifications. You must be open to working on cross technologies such as Microsoft and Java, proactively identifying potential challenges and highlighting them to the respective working groups. Your role will involve implementing technology solutions, understanding design patterns, and collaborating with project stakeholders to make informed decisions on design implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead by example to build an appropriate team culture and values, setting the tone and expectations with your team and stakeholders. - Ensure that the team is suitably skilled and qualified for their roles with effective supervision in place to mitigate risks. - Take personal responsibility for understanding and addressing risk and compliance requirements, identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risk and compliance matters. - Ensure applications comply with relevant policies, procedures, regulations, and standards, and address internal and external audit issues as planned. - Submit timesheets and status reports on time with requisite quality, embedding the Group's values and code of conduct in the team culture. - Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and escalate issues to the respective PWG.
