Full stack Lead (React & Python)

As a Full Stack Engineer at Reveal HealthTech, you will have the opportunity to work on revolutionary products for digital health companies. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients, gathering requirements, developing front and backend systems, defining data structures, and conducting quality assessments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build dynamic, end-to-end, and innovative software products and applications. - Ideate software solutions in collaboration with development teams and product managers. - Utilize databases, servers, APIs, version control systems, and third-party apps. - Identify anti-patterns and implement improvement plans for application scalability, performance, reliability, and security. - Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, approaches, and architectures in the development world. **Qualifications Required:** - Over 5 years of hands-on experience building solutions with React and Python, with a minimum of 2 years of team lead or mentoring experience. - Proficiency in CSS, Python, Django, JavaScript, React/Node JS, and HTML. - Experience with databases such as MySql and MongoDB, along with common web development tools & services. - Proficiency in DevOps practices like automated testing, continuous integration, and automated deployments. - Proven experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and building cloud-native applications. - Bachelors in Computer Engineering or similar IT background, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in microservices architecture and containerization like Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with healthcare companies will be a plus.
