Role Overview: Tattva Twins, a Digital TwinasaService (DTaaS) startup, is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Founding Engineer to lead the development of their cutting-edge platform. As a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for designing and implementing core software components, collaborating with product teams, and integrating AI, IoT, and simulation technologies. Your contributions will include participating in product roadmap planning, making architectural decisions, and aligning technology with the requirements of enterprise clients for industrial intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing core software components - Collaborating with product teams to develop scalable solutions - Integrating AI, IoT, and simulation technologies into the platform - Participating in product roadmap planning - Contributing to architectural decisions - Aligning technology with the needs of enterprise clients Qualifications: - Programming and Development: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, backend services, APIs, and scalable architecture - AI and Data: Experience in Machine Learning, AI-driven analytics, real-time data processing, IoT data, simulation models, and causal intelligence algorithms - Cloud Platforms and Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines - System Design: Understanding of distributed systems, complex system design, and fault-tolerant software solutions - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment - Preferred Qualifications: Experience with digital twins, industrial IoT, enterprise software, familiarity with manufacturing, infrastructure, or ESG risk analysis - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Additional Details: Tattva Twins is building Causal Digital Twins for manufacturing, focusing on understanding why machines fail, interventions to fix them, and optimizing production systems. The role offers the opportunity to work on a 01 build, architecting the core system, defining the technical DNA of the company, and collaborating directly with the founder as a key member of the founding team. Note: This is a role for individuals with 510+ years of experience in building real systems, strong backend/systems/data infrastructure skills, familiarity with AI/ML concepts, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and ownership.
