Financial Controller

As a Senior Finance Controller at our organization, your role is crucial in driving financial strategy, forecasting, and planning activities. You will be leading the FP&A team, providing strategic insights, and ensuring financial goals are achieved. Your responsibilities include developing financial models, analyzing key business drivers, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior management. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement robust financial planning and analysis processes, leveraging AI tools. - Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts and reports to support strategic decision-making. - Identify and analyze key business drivers and their impact on financial performance. - Lead and mentor the FP&A team to achieve high performance and professional growth. - Ensure timely closure of books (monthly, quarterly, and annually) supported by proper analytical reports. - Coordinate internal audits, interim audits, statutory audits, tax audits, transfer pricing audits, and any special audits. - Ensure financial goals align with the organization's strategic plan. - Monitor tax assessments and other notices with meticulous attention. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, CMA) is preferred. - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Finance Controller and Analysis, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. - Experience in the Cloud & Data Center Management industry or related field is highly desirable.
