Financial Controller - eCommerce Electronics & Fashion Division

Role Overview: As the Financial Controller for the E-Commerce division of RK Group, you will be responsible for leading operations, ensuring financial discipline, and managing key stakeholder relationships. Reporting directly to the Directors/Promoters, you will play a crucial role in launching and managing the new e-commerce venture focusing on electronics and fashion categories. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and enforce operational SOPs aligned with the marketplace platform. - Drive operational efficiency in collections, claims, returns management, and reverse logistics. - Work closely with platform partners, brand teams, and internal stakeholders. - Resolve operational, financial, and business issues through structured problem-solving. - Oversee accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, General Ledger, and more. - Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements at all levels. - Prepare and present monthly financial statements and reports. - Track, report, and analyze budget variances. - Lead audits and recommend improvements to financial processes and policies. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10 to 15 years of experience. - Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce environment. - Proven leadership experience in finance controllership. - Experience setting up finance processes for a new entity, preferably in e-commerce. - Strong understanding of financial policies, compliance requirements, and e-commerce metrics. - Experience managing teams of at least 5 employees. - Exposure to electronics or fashion category e-commerce operations is a plus.
