Job Description

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all financial functions for the region. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. You will also be partnering cross functions and overseeing financial operations with a focus on effective budget management and team leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide financial controlling and reporting - Oversee daily accounting operation activities - Prepare and present detailed financial statements and reports to Management - Support financial decision-making through cost control initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Oversee cash flow management to ensure business solvency and efficient working capital utilization - Monitor key financial metrics including production costs, overhead, and profitability analysis - Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams on financial matters - Manage audit processes and liaison with external auditors for compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements - Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risk and ensure compliance with local laws and accounting standards - Lead, manage, and develop a team of finance professionals to ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational efficiency - Other duties and responsibilities as required **Qualifications:** - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification essential - 5 - 8 years of finance experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in bath fittings/sanitaryware company or closely allied industries - Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and regulatory compliance - Experience in managing financial risks and internal controls in a manufacturing environment In addition to the above, the company offers the following perks and benefits: - Provident Fund - Gratuity - Mediclaim - GPA - GTLI - Hybrid - Annual Bonus - Performance Incentives - Wellness Programs - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Parental Leave - Company-sponsored Events - Referral Bonus As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all financial functions for the region.
