Job Description
As a Finance Associate (Accounts Payable) on a 1-year contract with the company, your role will involve:
- Reviewing and validating incoming supplier invoices to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Accurately processing and recording supplier invoices in NetSuite.
- Reconciling supplier payments and allocations to ensure timely and error-free clearing.
- Investigating and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies in coordination with the Finance and Operations teams.
- Supporting month-end AP reconciliations.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable is preferred but freshers are also welcome.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
