**Job Description:** As a Field Service & Survey Engineer at Spirax Sarco, you will be joining our Service Team to provide technical support, conduct surveys, and deliver digital services to our clients. **Role Overview:** Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintenance, installation, commissioning, and technical assistance on systems and solutions, working directly at client sites and shipyards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate in full compliance with Safety, Health & Environment regulations - Handle technical assistance, troubleshooting, and repair on electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems - Conduct surveys on steam traps and activities at shipyards and for shipowners - Install, test, and maintain connected digital equipment and solutions - Provide technical reports, customer feedback, and post-sales support - Collaborate with Sales and Technical Sales Engineers to support growth opportunities - Deliver technical training to customers - Willingness to travel frequently, including trips exceeding 10 consecutive days **Qualifications:** - Technical diploma (preferably in electrical/mechanical fields) - Previous experience in field service engineering or electrical/mechanical systems - Ability to manage critical situations in the field - Fluent in English - Independent work attitude and customer-oriented approach **What We Offer:** - Integration into a structured and international environment - Flexible working hours - "Everyone is Included" program.
