- 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2C sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, demonstrate effective leadership and team development, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
