Job Description
As a Technical Analyst at Visy, your primary focus will be on accurately and timely responding to internal and external requests for technical information and compliance approvals. This includes maintaining existing system workflows, templates, and datasets, as well as developing new datasets or documents as needed. Effective communication with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the wider business is essential for this role. Additionally, you will support the Fiber Technical team with various administrative tasks related to systems and document maintenance, audit planning, and routine divisional report preparation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Managing user access and providing training.
- Maintaining response templates and datasets while ensuring legal compliance and technical accuracy.
- Performing critical data analysis and interpretation to meet request requirements.
- Engaging and liaising with SMEs across the business to ensure response accuracy.
- Delegating and following up on tasks as needed.
- Managing workflows to meet timelines and requirements.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of responses.
- Effectively communicating and engaging with request initiators and SMEs.
- Maintaining various systems such as Document Management, Supplier Management, Board Grade Maintenance, and Paper Maintenance.
- Administering divisional audit requirements, including maintaining schedules, records, and system updates.
- Technical reporting, including critical data analysis, interpretation, and report development and distribution.
- Providing administration support for business projects, including developing reports, data sets, and critical data analysis.
- Handling other duties as directed in line with identified projects.
**Qualifications Required:**
**Mandatory:**
- Proficiency in M365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Report writing skills.
- Understanding of workflows.
- Experience with collating datasets.
**Desirable:**
- Knowledge of sustainability metrics.
- Experience in FMCG or Packaging industry.
- Familiarity with packaging compliance.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
**Skills Required:**

- Understanding of legal implications and maintaining commercial confidence.
