**Essential Qualifications:**
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on guest experience and customer-centric strategies
- Proven track record of driving business results through creative and operational playbooks, with a focus on measurement and ROI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies
- Experience working with regional partners and stakeholders to develop localized marketing plans and playbooks
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Tableau
- Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on regional languages and dialects
