As an Executive Enablement Analyst at Barclays, you will play a crucial role in leading a high-performing production pod dedicated to transforming executive narratives into impactful presentations and strategic materials. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders within the C&P COO organization to shape and communicate the business agenda, ensuring top-notch quality, consistency, and brand alignment. Your responsibilities will include owning the intake and prioritization of executive requests, structuring storylines, providing coaching and guidance to junior team members, and delivering executive-standard outputs. This position is part of the Strategy & Execution team, offering the opportunity to work globally and engage with senior stakeholders across various departments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a production pod in translating executive narratives into high-impact presentations and strategic materials - Own the intake and prioritization of executive requests - Structure storylines and provide coaching to junior team members - Ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment - Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and communicate the business agenda - Deliver executive-standard outputs **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in business management, strategy, or executive communications roles at AVP level or equivalent - Proficiency in senior stakeholder engagement, narrative shaping, and influencing MD/D-level leaders - Advanced skills in deck production at the executive level, including story arcs and headline writing - Strong editorial judgement and copy refinement for communications to senior leaders - Knowledge of data visualization best practices and brand adherence - Ability to coach and develop junior team members Barclays values such as Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, and Stewardship are at the core of our culture, guiding our behavior and decisions.
