Job Description
As an Embedded DSP & Hardware Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing the next generation of network-controlled audio amplification systems. Your primary responsibility will involve working on a project that includes designing a complete solution around the ADAU1701 DSP, programmed via SigmaStudio, along with custom PCB design and a web-based control interface.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead custom PCB design integrating ADAU1701 DSP, MCU (ESP32 / STM32 or similar), I2C communication, WiFi / Ethernet connectivity, and audio-grade power + grounding architecture
- Develop firmware including SigmaStudio TCP / IP protocol implementation, real-time DSP parameter control, preset storage & recall, reliable network communication
- Define system architecture for web dashboard MCU DSP communication, multi-device control over LAN, and scalable amplifier ecosystem
- Contribute to the development of additional audio hardware products as per the future roadmap
Qualifications Required:
- Experience with ADAU1701 + SigmaStudio / SigmaStudio+
- Strong embedded firmware development skills (ESP32 / STM32, etc)
- Proficiency in PCB design with mixed-signal & audio layouts
- Passion for building real, shipping hardware products
- Bonus: Experience in commercial or consumer audio systems
