Job Description

Role Overview: As a Deliverability Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects to improve inbox rates and Openers. Your role will involve managing IP/domain reputation, testing email HTML for rendering and inboxing issues across various ISPs, analyzing email activity, and maintaining list hygiene. Additionally, you will be overseeing PMTA or any other MTA alongside ESP management, handling email infrastructure and DNS, and leading a team of 5-8 individuals. It will be your responsibility to identify opportunities for strategy improvements, compliance issues, and ensure the implementation of best practices for deliverability. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute Deliverability projects to enhance inbox rates and Openers - Manage IP/domain reputation effectively - Test email HTML for rendering and inboxing issues across multiple ISPs - Analyze and generate reports on email activity - Maintain list hygiene - Oversee PMTA or any other MTA and ESP management - Manage email infrastructure and DNS - Identify opportunities for strategy improvements and growth - Identify potential compliance issues - Lead a team of 5-8 individuals - Implement best practices and general deliverability guidance Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in e-mail content, rendering, and filtering technologies - Experience with email best practices, industry trends, deliverability, ISP standards, and regulations - Knowledge of email authentication and filtering technologies - Understanding of email marketing best practices - Familiarity with privacy laws, anti-spam regulations, and international standards - Experience in high-volume commercial/promotional email - Familiarity with tools like Litmus email spam checker and eDatasource email analyst - Ability to communicate effectively with clients internationally - Strong project management skills - Experience in administrative and data analytics - Excellent problem-solving abilities Role Overview: As a Deliverability Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects to improve inbox rates and Openers.
