Electrical Site Supervisor

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, ensuring safety, troubleshooting, inspecting, maintaining records, training, liaising, and providing technical advice for electrical projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning: Developing plans and budgets for electrical projects, and estimating the time and materials needed - Supervising: Providing guidance and instruction to electricians and other workers - Safety: Ensuring that work complies with all safety requirements, and managing the safety of workers and future residents - Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving problems with electrical systems - Inspecting: Visiting construction sites to inspect new and existing wiring and components - Maintaining records: Keeping records and documentation relating to the ongoing completion of projects - Training: Providing technical support and training, and identifying staff training needs - Liaising: Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff - Providing technical advice: Providing technical advice and checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings You should possess strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, and stay up to date with the latest advancements in electrical systems and technologies. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
