Your role will involve joining the e-Business team and contributing to digital transformation and customer engagement. You will lead digital marketing initiatives, analyze customer behavior, and optimize the online presence across multiple channels. Working with cross-functional teams, you will leverage advanced tools and technologies to deliver data-driven insights and implement innovative digital strategies that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and optimize web content
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement across e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices in SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and digital analytics
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
- Utilize data analysis and visualization tools for performance tracking and reporting
- Handle multiple concurrent projects with strong project management skills
- Provide actionable insights based on marketing metrics analysis
- Manage budgets and conduct ROI analysis
- Stay updated on current digital marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
**Qualifications Required:**
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related field
- Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Digital Marketing, Analytics, or e-Commerce certifications preferred
- Advanced proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI)
- Expert knowledge of SEO/SEM/AEO principles and marketing automation tools
- Robust experience with content management systems (AEM, WordPress) and marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce)
- Proven track record in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and providing actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
