Qualifications and skills required for this role: - Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 13+ years of applied experience. - 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate, and solve complex technical challenges. - Extensive hands-on experience in designing and building full stack cloud-native distributed systems using Java/Spring/Python/Camunda. - Experience in AI initiatives at scale to reduce TCO and improve productivity. - Proficiency in handling large volumes of data with databases like PostgreSQL. - Curiosity and comfort in exploring new domains with a focus on both technology and product aspects. - Ability to quickly adapt to changing directions and establish patterns efficiently. - Understanding of cloud technologies, software engineering/product engineering methods, and technology best practices. - Demonstrated experience in influencing complex organizations and delivering value at scale. - Experience managing competing requirements to align product prioritization with technical capacity and feasibility.
